Beach Volleyball: Dons Fail to Advance at Santa Cruz

After playing hard at the USF Invitational at Piper Park in Larkspur, the Dons traveled south for their next tournament. They returned to the sand to co-host the Santa Cruz Invitational along with Santa Clara University. The invitational featured six different teams, five from California as well as the University of Hawaii.

MENS Tennis: Dons Victors of UOF Invitational

This past week, the Dons went to the UOF invitational and played exceptionally for the win. First up to challenge USF was Hawaii at the Brookside Country Club. The Dons dominated this match with a crushing final score of 4-0. In singles and doubles play, players Nils Skajaa, Bernardo Saraiva, James Tallman, Thomas Takemoto and Vasco Valverde all played exceptionally well. Partners Bernardo Saravia and Nils Skajaa crushed it in doubles by maintaining their undefeated record with their fifth consecutive win against opponents Nils Schuhmann and Carter Lam, 6-4. Tennis: Dons Make Up For Doubles Losses With Stellar Singles Play

This Friday USF took on USCB in what ended up in a victory for the Dons. Despite losing the doubles point the Dons were able to emerge victorious with a 5-2 win thanks to their singles play at the Cal Club.
