Don on the Street: Should the 7 suspended police officers be fired?

Last week seven police San Francisco police officers were suspended for racist and homophobic text messages they were caught exchanging. Some text messages even spoke of lynching African Americans and burning crosses. The San Francisco Police Chief has recommended they be fired. What do you think? Should they be fired, or should they be allowed back on the force after their suspension and face other kinds of consequences such as intensive sensitivity training? Kimmy Gets a Review!

Netflix recently released the first season of its new series, “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt.” The show revolves around the adventures of Kimmy Schmidt (Ellie Kemper), and how she attempts to readjust to modern life after she is rescued from being held hostage by the Indiana Doomsday Cult. Don on the Street: Should Vaccines be Mandated by the Government?

A recent outbreak of measles in the United States has been linked back to Disneyland Park in Anaheim, Calif. Between Dec. 28, 2014 and Feb. 20, 2015 there were 104 people infected with measles in California alone, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Don on the Street: Changes to the Cafeteria

After the end of last semester, the university’s catering company Bon Appetit went under new management. There were some new aesthetic and logistical changes made to the cafeteria since then, which included new menu items, new utensils, more detailed food labels, a rearrangement of how food is ordered, and a few other changes.
